I enjoy this tea very much
This tea has a nice flavor and even nicer smell.It isn't near as flavorful and strong as say Golden Monkey from Teavanna, but I have read a little about the company and I know they don't just rely on FDA certification of organic, but do spot checks at random times of their supply.Because of this, I have more trust that their tea has no pesticides over other organic brands...I like it!

The golden tips don't outweigh the astringency
Well, it is definitely a black tea. I have had another "golden tips tea" before from another company which was far superior, but also more expensive of course. I am not a big fan of black teas and their astringency which this tea does have. It will be nice to have every once in a while. I appreciate Rishi, they are a good company and all their teas seem "clean". So 3.5 stars for this product!

good but unusual black tea
It's good! It's more coffee-ish than I was expecting and doesn't go with lemon at all, and I probably won't get it again, but it is really nice.

A nice pick-me-up
A strong black tea with almond, cocoa nib, and malt flavors. Steep cautiously, it develops strong tannic qualities when overheated or oversteeped. Not quite robust enough for milk, though, so enjoy on its own or with a small amount of sweetener.

More teas, but just not this one.
This tea is just okay. It does not taste and rich or complex as the Chinese Breakfast blend that Rishi does.I'd recommend going with the Chinese Breakfast, if you want a rich, dark, and flavorful cup.Also, Rishi, SELL MORE TEAS ON AMAZON!!

Delicious
I'm a fairly new tea drinker, but from what I've tried so far this is my favorite by far. For those that may be curious, every tea I've ordered from Rishi via Amazon so far has come in the green tin pictured above (seven tins of six different teas).

Great black tea
Wonderful black tea, big leafs, beautiful brown color when brewing, the taste is a bit nutty and smooth. I usually brew at least three times the same tea, still has a lot of flavor even after the third time. Rishi tea never disappoints, I have never tried the tea I did not like, great quality!
