ChromaSilk Vivids - Purple Tourmaline by Pravana for Women - 3 oz Hair Color

I used the ENTIRE tube mixed with a little wild orchid and some conditioner, doing about a 50/50 ratio of product. I was very very careful to mix well and apply very very well to my hair saturating every strand of hair. I left it on my hair for 1 1/2 hours & covered with plastic. (Anything to aid in getting the best results, right?) Didn't go well. Not vibrant and bold like it looked in bowl. I don't know what went wrong or what I should or COULD have done different to make it work other than bleaching my hair and using developer. Don't really want to do that and won't now especially with this poor of a result. If this much washes out now, why would I put my hair thru all that for it to wash out then too. I'm SOOOOOO NOT HAPPY!!! This is one time, I wish they did refunds, because, I bought 2 boxes and I have 1 unopened box left that I will NEVER use because it's GARBAGE!!!

Color was very vibrant when first done but quickly fades, most color gone after a 6 weeks. Stains hands when washing for at least the first 5 washes.

Used it on dark brown hair, turned reddish pink, not purple at all. Color lasted over a month. No staining of hands, clothes or bathtub. I just wish it was a true purple shade

I put this on my granddaughters blonde hair today and you can’t even tell I put hair color on her hair. It was a big waste of money and I will never buy it again. We were very careful, we added a lot of color to each strand we combed it through to make sure it was saturated and there’s absolutely no purple color in her blonde hair. We wanted to be sure that it had time to color so we even had her leave it in for one hour. Big fat waste of money!

We have used Pravana Vivids for years. This purple didn’t take well, was not vivid and what did take didn’t last a week. It was applied in the same manner alongside another color and the other color took well and was vibrant as always. Not sure if we got a defective product or this color is the problem.

I’ve used other Pravana Vivids colors before and they worked very well. This Crystal Purple washed straight out of my hair first wash with no color.

I used this after bleaching before and leaving it on for over 2 hours. I got barely any color. The color is beautiful in the bowl but doesn’t come out that way. Such a disappointment. Don’t waste your money.
