It's tight (but you want it to be right?). I started sliding it about half way down the front made sure it was not folding under on any other side, then began shimmying it down a little bit on all sides not getting one side too far ahead of the other until I could get the front under the cowling tab, then pulled the rest down until it fit perfectly in the cowling rubber seam.
