The stitching and especially the logo and US Flag are very well done, especially at this price. Where the hat fails to earn a 5 Star rating, at least for me, is the "rim?" of the cap. It feels like cardboard instead of a cushioned material or elastic of any type. It borders on being very uncomfortable. All in all, I will be ordering at least one more but especially with the 4th of July being in two days, I am on a BUY AMERICAN rant of sorts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Hat I've Worn *by C***Z on July 3, 2017* Before I move ahead, I do have curly hair that grows into an afro and most times, I can't wear a hat because of that issue. With that in mind, the hat fits perfect on my head. I also have a big head (size 8+) and even with a bit of hair growing in, it is nice and snug and doesn't blow off in high wind. The Velcro strap in the back is easily adjustable and doesn't bother with my head in any way.There are two bonus positives1. The hats are officially licensed by branch of service. In my case, it was the Army. The license sticker is on the bill and comes off with ease and no residue.2. The hat is made in Vietnam. Although it isn't made in the USA, it would've bothered me more if it was made in China like most other hats. The material is strong and I'm not foreseeing any obvious wear and tear in the coming months, unlike hats made in China ### ⭐⭐ Great Looking, Great Fit....but only 2 Stars due to Shabby Construction *by M***E on November 2, 2016* I wear a large hat size (7 3/4) and the typical 'fits all' hat does not fit me. This hat is a great fit. I had originally given this hat 5 stars, but now must lower it to 2 stars. I had to return the first one as the plastic bands inside the hat started to fray and pieces of plastic were sticking me in the head. This is the 2nd one of these that has done the same thing. The first one lasted over a year, so I figured it was just worn out and I ordered another. The 2nd one started doing the same thing in less than a month.
