After finally receiving the new unit, I had it professionally installed by Best Buy Geek Squad, expecting everything to work smoothly. Unfortunately, the rear camera fails repeatedly. It only works temporarily when unplugged and reconnected, but stops functioning again as soon as the car is turned off. The Geek Squad technician diagnosed the issue and confirmed that the problem is likely with the wiring or the product itself, not the installation.
