I cut these pads in manageable sizes for the tesk at hand. I used them to apply Danish oil and rub gently to get maximum penetration. After removing excess and repeating the process...my table came out like satin glass....exactly the look I was aiming for. I bought one first at an auto store, loved it so much, I bought the whole box off of Amazon. What's better is that for wood projects, these don't leave tiny pieces of material behind like steel wool.
