You have to have a long neck for the collar to fit comfortably.

I bought it to use after cervical surgery as a second unit to use in the shower. It held up well even after being wet many times. It keeps the neck in place and is comfortable. I really like the front breathable area.

Hard plastic not comfy at all. Doesn't lift chin properly

Great relief. Have to wear it all the time at home and when I sleep. Sleeping took some time to get use to. Can not comfortable do any thing that I have to look down at { phone, mopping, reading, ECT.} But pain has greatly decreased.Recommended by my Doctor. Adjustable. Jewels
