Great Product
Love this coin counter! It gives you one place to put all your change so you can clean off your dresser or clean out your purse. It takes the guessing out of how much change you have laying around, and it can probably hold up to $200 in change (or maybe a little more). It was easy to use right out of the box. It would make a great gift for kids/teens!

Awesome
This is exactly what I was looking for. No more of the kids dumping out all the change and trying to count it, getting lost mid-count in a mountain of pennies. It keeps the total stored and the screen goes into a sort of "rest mode" until you add coins to the jar again. It's fairly large, think the size of a bulk store-sized spaghetti sauce jar. Batteries aren't included but they were easy to install. It's pretty cut and dry and my kids love it. I definitely recommend this for preschool to elementary school aged children learning to count and save money.

It really add the total of the coins.
This is a great bank to have or give as a gift. I love that it counts the coins as you put them into the bank, but be careful. Make sure you push hard enough for the coin to go inside, because if you don't it will add it to the total twice. You can subtract the amount that was added incorrectly. It's a good bank to help teach money counting.

Works as described.
I read a couple of negative reviews about this coin bank but decided to purchase it anyway. I can see that putting the coins in might be difficult for a child but I had no problem with it. It did register a coin when it slipped from my fingers so I had to remove the lid to put it in but that only happened once as I put in $50 worth of coins. Another comment said the + and - buttons only moved by 1 cent at a time. The instructions say you can hold the button down and it will move faster. Haven't tried that. Overall, this coin bank is well worth the cost.

Not the Most Accurate.....
**8/21/18 Update**After my initial review, I was contacted about receiving a replacement. It arrived today and after testing, it worked with no inaccurate coin readings. I tested with over $40 in change coin by coin. I would recommend reaching out if you have an issue and the company will take care of you. I’ve revised my review to 5 stars both for the fact the bank is now working and the prompt and unsolicited response of the seller to make it right.Got this as a fun way to hold spare change. Didn’t really pay attention until tonight and noticed it wasn’t counting correctly. I poured all (what I thought) was my $39.49 in change. Put every coin in piece by piece. Sometimes it looked like it was catching up from putting coins in too fast. It counted nickels as pennies, pennies as dimes and dimes as pennies on occasion. It seemed to get quarters just fine except it seemed to miss one or two alltogether. I counted the change by hand and came up to $38.02. I’m going to go from that and see how it goes. I know this is a cheap novelty bank but I feel that it should work.

Great gift for all ages
My 10 and 7 year old daughters love this. They can take accountability for counting their own coins and helps them learn to save money. Great unique gift!

One is perfect, other has trouble distinguishing between pennies & dimes
I bought two of these for my kids for Easter. One of them works great - even with dollar coins. Unfortunately the other constantly mixes up dimes & pennies, which is frustrating. My daughter still uses the bank, but counts her money manually and resets the counter to make it accurate. The banks are a nice size and the screw-off lid is convenient. I would probably buy them again, but wish I would have exchanged the faulty one - I waited around too long.

Works perfectly compared to those OTHER brands.
I had gotten a coin counter of another brand that was cheap. And it definitely was "cheap"! It didn't count everything I put in and then it barely counted at all in less than 6 months. (Yes I changed the batteries) I decided to pay more and get this one and give it a try. It works flawlessly and I love it. Counts every time I put coins in and it's actually easier to push coins in too!Definitely recommend this one over all the "others".
