I bought these to have some on hand dry and I also canned some for easy fast use later. I noticed the beans were pretty clean when rinsing them, I saw very few split beans and didn't find any debris. Some brands of beans I have found rocks, bits of the dried plant and other debris. They canned well after soaking overnight. I would recommend.
