I use this everyday and keeps my hot drinks hot! My drinks and usually hot/warm in the afternoon.

If it's burning hot when you put it into this container, 3 hours later it's still burning hot. It's definitely leak-proof with it's locking lid, nice design for drinking from and sealing. I put in hot coffee in the morning, sipped on hot coffee all day, left about 1/3 if it overnight and it was still hotter than lukewarm more than 24 hrs later. The manufacturer's website has the product insulation guarantee information and I can now see why they can give a 5-yr guarantee on it's ability to inulate. Easy to clean and you can also order replacement parts for the lid if you ever need them. We have two of these now and will likely give some as gifts.

I place my coffee in the thermos at 2 pm and it is still hot (not lukewarm-actually hot) at noon the next day. I have started making my coffee the night before and placing it in my thermos so I can have fresh coffee the second I wake up. Having coffee immediately after waking up is incredibly important to me. I bought three of these things and I cannot emphasize enough how great they are. They actually work as a thermos. Five Stars!

The only negative is that this insulated mug makes for slow drinking. While that might be good for hot beverages, it is somewhat annoying for cold beverages. If you like to slowly sip your cold beverages, then this insulated mug will be just fine for you. When I put hot beverages in it this is not a problem. I do see some minor leaks during usage. I this this is because the top cap has areas in which fluids can be present after washing the cap. If the cap is put on entirely dry this doesn't happen. Unfortunately, this means for me that I can't just wash it, fill it, and go. If I shake the cap hard before use and use a paper towel to try to dry off the inner cap areas (this can be difficult), I don't see the leaking. Because the temperature maintenance is excellent, I would still recommend this insulated mug. I now thoroughly dry it before use (cleaning it hours before use) and this makes it much better. I can't increase the rating to 5 stars however because of the slow-sip issue.

We love these at out house. My husband puts two in his car when he drives long distances. I have my own, since I am a coffee “ sipper” and hate that my coffee always needed to be reheated in the microwave multiple times.There is no better option if you like your drinks hot.

I love it. You can't really put anything that can go rotten in here, I used to love my coffee with half&half but I'm enjoying black with honey now. If you make your drink too hot it will still be too hot 6 hours later so you have to be careful, it's magical. I clean it with very hot water and soap. I fill it up and shake it up, no scrubbing, pour it out the drinking spout and disassemble to get all the parts. The drinking parts get stinky with the smell of coffee and strong drinks, but it reminds me of the orange coffee I could be drinking, then i go drink some orange coffee.

The lid mechanism has several small hard plastic parts that fit together to allow the unit to close properly. These parts WILL break. When this happens, there is NO closing of the lid. The screw on part does not seal the thermos - the small plastic bits are the only means of it staying shut. The cost of replacing the lid is almost $20 once shipping and taxes are added. So beware, the price you pay is mainly for a poorly designed lid that must be replaced over and over. The lids have been out of stock for many months. Going to toss this and buy a better designed product with a proper screw on lid that will stay shut.

Good for money, met expectations. Nice appearance, easy to use, keeps hot long enough, in-time delivery. It was the replacement of the lost thermos of the same brand which had been used for years. Very satisfied.

I like this product because I know I can clear off the scent from previous drinks. I throwed out my last one because I could not get rid of the strong herb smell of tea and I could not stand drinking coffee from it. I was starting to think I need to purchase two mugs: one for tea and other for coffee.... until I got this one.It always has been the rubber that sucks in and keeps the smell of beverages (tea, coffee, herbs, spices, etc). With this product, I disassemble the mouth pieces and boil the rubber parts for 5 minutes. The rest (stainless steel and plastic) do not smell bad. IMO, only boiling gets rid of the smell but do it at your own risk, please! Zojirushi does not encourage this. In the past, I researched and tried many methods with my previous tumblers but all failed (soaking in hot baking soda water, bleach, drying in sunlight, etc). The only thing that I had not tried was boiling the piece because my past tumblers could not be disassembled.Overall, I love this Zojirushi product because I can disassemble for washing and boil the rubber parts to get rid of the smell. Bonus is that it keeps the drink hot for long and it sips out the drink slowly so you will not be burning your tongue.

Bonne surprise, gourde arrivée avant date, prévue.Utilisée avec eau froide 8°C, température externe 20°C, 10h après l'eau avait gardée une bonne part de sa fraicheur au point de me surprendre. Pas testé avec liquide chaud ou condition externe plus chaude mais l'isolation thermique est supérieure comparativement à une autre gourde isotherme que je possède.

Excelente material y acabados, mantiene la temperatura durante las 8 horas que indica para bebidas calientes y más de 12 para frías, la función de bloqueo o cierre hermético es una maravilla.
