I tried to contact Mivi for replacement, but their response was pathetic. They arranged for a pickup through FedEx and not even picked this even after 2 weeks. No one contacted me regarding this as well. I consider this as a total loss of 299₹ now and I strongly not recommend anyone buying their product. Mivi just trying to make consumers buy their product by giving fake warranty and promises. This is a true review from an unsatisfied customer. Even though amazon promised me a refund or replacement but there return policy is very cumbersome it was better to throw it away.
