Perfect Alternative to the Cone of Shame!
My Belgian Malinois, Adah, had laparoscopic surgery that required two small incisions, and this Suitical recovery suit was an absolute game-changer.The material is soft, breathable, and stretchy. It fit perfectly around her chest and shoulders. There was a bit of extra room around her slim waist (typical for Mals), but it didn’t bother her at all. She acted like she wasn’t even wearing it!The suit has a snap-open rear section that makes potty breaks easy without needing to remove the whole thing. That’s a huge convenience for both dog and owner. It’s also very easy to clean—just toss it in the wash and it’s ready to go again.Best of all, it kept her from licking her incisions without the stress and awkwardness of a cone. She was calm, happy, and healing beautifully. We used a different brand recovery suit for another dog, purchased at a local big box pet store for twice the cost. Let me just say—not all recovery suits are created equal. The Suitical brand was far superior in both comfort and functionality. If your dog is recovering from surgery, this is the suit to get. It gave Adah the protection she needed and the comfort she deserved—and gave me peace of mind.

Works after surgery to prevent chewing/licking by very “active” dogs!
Works!!! Just had my 1 year old Corgi neutered. He is a very active boy and loves to chew. I knew we were in for trouble during the night after surgery. During the day we used the foam circular collar (we call “Saturn collar because it looks like Saturn’s rings. That has worked for all our other boys but Murphy needed more at night time and we hate the plastic cone all vets use. We used this body suit the first two night and it worked like a charm! Be sure to get “snug size”….not too tight but snug. After two nights we just used “Saturn collar” and had an easy time!!

Great Product
Suitical is the perfect solution for our dog. After his neuter surgery, our dog absolutely refused to wear the cone collar. I ordered the M+ dog recovery suit. It arrived quickly and fits perfectly. It is stretchy but not baggy. It retains its shape after wearing and laundering. (Order following the size chart on the Suitical website.) It rolls up easily for potty time. Our dog didn’t chew or try to remove the suit. It is not machine dryable and that is the only downside. Our dog is an Airedale Terrier, 9 months old and ~65 lbs.

Will protect your furry friend
This does what it says. And the size is slightly smaller. Our pup is 42 pounds and skinny. We got a medium. This was used for post surgery healing. Unfortunately she is a chewer and it only lasted about 3 days before she bit a few snaps off. I still bought 2 more and would rotate them over the days. The quality is good, they fit well. Just not for a crazy pup that chews all the time.

Dual Use!!
I was looking to purchase a body suit for our rescue who was scheduled to be spayed and chipped. I did not want to use a "cone of shame". A week prior to surgery she went into heat which delayed the procedure. I was frantic and ran to our local pet store and purchased the only post surgery suit they had (Calm Paws) which was open on the back and secured by velcro in three spots. It served the immediate purpose; however, was tedious to get on. The plan was to use doggie diapers under the suit. I found this one on Amazon and it came the next day. It is wonderful. Material is soft, lightweight and the snaps are a good weight which makes them stay secure. Plus there are two levels of snaps for adjusting to the dog's unique body. There is also a snap on the chest enabling the dog to keep the suit on when she goes outside for potty breaks (roll up the back section and snap to prevent soiling). Sizing was great too as there are many offered (not just small, medium and large). Lucy is very thin, but very long. We got her an Small Long and it fits beautifully. Using it for a dog in heat wasn't it's intended purpose, but it has been a lifesaver, and we will have it when she has surgery in two months. She actually seems to love it - waits patiently for us to put the diaper on her and snap the backside closed. Great product!

Easy to use and it works!
This suit was terrific! My dog was so much more comfortable and happy with this instead of the cone! Taking.him out to do his business was so much more easier. I had had surgery on my leg and was concerned that he might accidentally bump it were he to be wearing that big cone! My neighbors dog borrowed it after my pup didn’t need it any longer and they thought it was great as well. What a terrific idea! Thank you!

NOT RECOMMENDED for abdominal surgery (including spaying/neutering)
This product is definitely well-made and fit very nicely according to the size chart. HOWEVER, we bought it for our doggo who had stomach surgery, and while it worked okay, I strongly recommend getting a different brand if your pup has any surgery on their underside (including spaying/neutering, etc.). Look carefully. All of the snaps and the fabric flap are on the *underside* of the pup. Every single time we had to unsnap and roll up the suit for him to go pee/poop - I had to be SO careful not to touch his giant scar along his belly. Furthermore, the snap that holds all that fabric is WAY underneath there on the belly - so it's unavoidable that you have to be touching along their abdomen, and most of the time we just tried to gently tuck that flap into the suit. It worked - but we also bought a different brand (SurgiSnuggly) that actually keeps all of the extra fabric and fasteners (velcro) on top (on their back) - and that has worked so much better.

Excellent quality post surgery recovery suit!
10/10. A no brainer and a win for our puppy after being neutered. No cone! Simply roll up and unsnap for potty breaks. And as other reviews have recommended-you need to buy two…one to wear and one to wash. No matter how hard you try to get that thing rolled up in time for potty, your pup will inevitably pee on it somehow. Our pup actually likes wearing it. Never hesitates when I have to take on/off. Lightweight, comfortable, gives him full range of motion. Snaps are tight and stay connected. Excellent quality. For size reference, we have a 43 lb mini Bernedoodle and the size Medium + was best for him given how much hair he has. So happy we got this product.
