Also, sometimes, towards the last of the bottle, the dropper gets clogged or gummed up because of the consistency & then the last of the drops are wasted. I'll be honest, if there is a lot left, I sterilize a needle to get it opened up. I don't like doing that, even though I sterilize, the needle because it's just not sanitary, but this stuff costs too much to waste very much of it. The quality of the eye drops is definitely worth the trouble & $.
