**Q: This is dcen wire - ? i read where some flux core are dcep**
A: Yes, this is DCEN wire.  Self-shielded flux core is DC electrode negative.    Gas Shielded flux core (dualshield) is DCEP.

**Q: * 0.035" states "made in usa" right on the spool!  however, it the description states "country of origin:china ".  which is correct?**
A: I agree we need to start buying "made in the USA only”

**Q: Will it weld a small crack on stainless steel?**
A: No, this is intended for steel... not stainless steel.

**Q: Is this gas less ?**
A: yes I believe you don't need gas because it has flux in its core
