Q: Can i use this for fila men's jose sneakers ?

Yes if your existing laces are in flat shape.

Q: What is the length of the lace? How many eyelets is this meant for?

They are pretty long, and should be enough for anything. I used them for big size trainers and had to cut of at least 10cm (which is not a problem btw as the ends are fitted into the clip). The result is as promissed - the trainers fit nicely while effectively turning into slip-ons!
