No silly straps just zip it up and clothing or whatever you out is fully contained. The double wheel per corner makes it very easy to navigate with. This 20” basically fits any Domestic airlines in the USA as carryon. I didn’t get a 24” because some carriers consider than checked bags. Overall, the polycarbonate shell is very strong so is the handle.
