Low quality product. Vanila flavor is very bad.

This is Optimum Nutrition Whey, which is a well-known brand and has withstood the test of time. Their whey is always high quality and flavoring is great. Can't go wrong with ON if you want protein! Used this for many years in the U.S. for my fitness goals.That being said, I am now focusing on getting all my calories and protein from healthy, whole foods. I am able to grow muscle just as quickly with this healthier method... turns out that you don't need as much protein as the marketers tell you! I've realized through personal experience that the daily recommendation of 2 grams of protein per 1 kg of body weight is way, WAY too high.But if you really feel you need to supplement with protein, this is one of the best. am using this product for past 3 weeks now. am Gym goer past 1.5 years.after taking Whey protein(this product) below changes I could see. 1. Started to see toned muscles. Saying that I also do 1.5 hours Gym every day(1 rest day out of 7 days) 2. I could also see fresh, shiny skin. May be I was protein deficient before and now I see change. 3. I am full after taking this once I return from gym, it helps me with dieting. 4. I am buying another packet today. Will write review after 4 weeks of use again.

Maybe not the best, which would be the On Gold Standard, which I've used, but this is very cost effective option. I swim 4-5 days a week. Before getting this, I used to get terrible muscle aches, due to non-availability of enough protein to recover/replenish/repair the muscles. After subscribing to this on a monthly scheme, I get extra discount and 27 servings last a month for me, one shake a day after swimming.Mix-ability in milk is OK in a blender, in yogurt it mixes extremely well. Overall results are good after a month, improved my mileage with just enough effort, and I didn't bulk up, which is very important while maintaining lean muscle.Product can be a year old even when bought from Cloudtail, that's more to do with low demand, the powder's original(blue inkjet print helps).I chose the vanilla flavor because of it's lower recurring cost, and subscribed on monthly model. I've used ON Gold Standard, chocolate flavor of it was much better, but I wouldn't pay double the price of this on regular basis, with little to no apparent benefits over this. If I find something after using this in long term I'll update this review.

I bought this for Rs.1,650 and the prices have since shot up so I kinda feel lucky. However, the pack that I got was 14 months old (it was still in warranty). My pack didn't have that particular spelling mistake (although, the one I bought before this one, had it)Product review: I really cant afford such expensive products hence I budget quantity wise. I use slightly less than 1 scoop every time I work out. For me, this protein is just for recovery purpose and not for gains, as that requires a completely different type of diet to go along with supplements. I have to admit, I have felt no discomfort and have been able to continuously go to the gym after consuming this.As far as growth and gains are concerned, I would say this is a decent product. If you work out really hard and take 2 scoops instead of how I do it, you'll probably see some gains soon enough.Rating it 4 stars only because I got it cheap!

Got Vanilla flavour for 1199 under lighting deal, Package arrived in good condition inamazon cardboard corrugurated box as per the amazon packaging ritual. Seems genuine and manufactured in India to be competitive in terms of pricing with home brands such as Muscleblaze,Asitis.Pros:*Cost Effective as you are paying approximately 2Rs/gm of protein(44.5 INR/Serving.*Promise of a good brand name.*Contains good amount of protein/serving(22Gms).*Good blend of Carb + Protein.*Good MixibiltyCons:*Awful too sweet taste.*Bad Product Packaging (Seal of the product came off at the time of opening the product).*High Bloating effect for atleast 1/2 hour.Overall 4 Star product, reduced 1 Star for above mentioned Cons.

Actually I use ISO protien by Ultimate Nutrition. I bought it for the sake of changing the flavour. I use it thrice a week. Deducting 1 star cause Vanilla tastes a bit odd than what you think how Vanilla should taste but it doesn't mean that it's not genuine. It's just the matter of taste, may it's btye case with me as this was my first Vallina flavoured protien, I haven't tasted Vanilla flavour s from other brands.Also this is a bit, just a tad heavy to digest, I mean that's what I've felt.

Nice in taste only one problem i am not getting sleeps after have this in night time so i started having in morning.Hope the results will be better. since 2 weeks having this regularly so far going good.one more thing after i ordered this product the prize went down, difference of 150 bucks hope i ordered at wrong time need to check and order in offer period i believe.Amazon delivery was very good just got it in one day, Thanks guys, I will order this again soon.
