A: I have not used this particular saw for other uses. However, I have used this type of saw for other uses: sawing up "Dogwood" pet chews, sawing a thick cotton rope. This is a pull saw and is very easy to use.

A: Yes. Should cut with ease.

I have used several hand saws over the years and I’ve never had one that was as high-quality and worked as well as this one. It’s small enough to put in your pocket but cuts like a saw twice at size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes quick work of small to medium branches and limbs

This saw has served me well from seasonal landscaping to disaster clean-up and trail maintenance. It's sharp and cuts fast. The blade and handle are good quality and stay locked in place while working. My only gripe is the blade could be stiffer as it bends and flexes - HOWEVER for the price and size profile, it's great and I would buy it again
