Ordered size 41, they sent 42. Imported product and they sent it in a bag? No box. Read great reviews for this, so was really excited. Anyway, shoe itself is nice enough. The top part, ankle area, is not snug. Not sure if that's the size or the design of the shoe. It is kinda comfortable right off the bat, isn't really stiff like other shoes. Has a nice elengant outer finish. Heel isn't too high or short. Anyway, sorry for the biased ish review. Three stars took one off for sending wrong size and for not offering free exchange option. Wasn't able to wear it for long but I'd probably rate it a 4 out of 5 boot. Returning and hoping they don't charge me fees even though I did nothing wrong. Edit: I tried to return this and was never able to. I sorta gave up trying, busy with life things, and so I still have it with me.
