Sally Hansen Collagen Lip Lift 01 Sheer Sandalwood

I LOVED this lipstick! I wish they didn't discontinue it.

I've been using this for years now and my lips are so soft. The only problem with it is it's discontinues. Each time I find something that really works, they seem to say WOW...Lets discontinue this product now. Anyway, I got several and put them in the fridge. It goes on like a creamy lip gloss, but it's a very light lipstick with such soft emollients in it. I even put it on before bed. THIS works. It's very light weight and very light colored so can be used under or over darker lipstick. I love it!!!! If you ever find it, buy it!

The packet was open and old.Maybe it would work if it stayed on long enough.The color is weak and and it doesn't stick on the lips. There is more on theglass than the lips after a drink.Haven't noticed any change.

I looked everywhere for this but unfortunately there are no stores that carry this product any more. I found it on line and now know where to get it. I love it. It goes on so smoothly and feels so good.

So old it's turned into no color wax crap that doesn't resemble lipstick of any kind

Don't know why companies do this! You search for the "perfect" wear-with-everything shade, finally find it, then WHAM, the company pulls it from the product line up. Such is the sorry case with Sally Hansen's lipstick line. The Collagen Lip Lift selection offered a variety of muted shades, most of them for olive skin tones, and the creamy, lovely texture left your lips feeling full and moisturized without the stickiness of gloss. Though my lips are plump to begin with, I did feel an ever so light tingly sensation once applying the lipstick. I can't say they really made my lips plumper, but they sure were pretty! This Sheer Spa Sandalwood shade is soft and understated, a gorgeous beige shade for everyday wear. My favorite by far. I've tried other shades and they all have the same "not too bright and brassy" look once applied, though in the box the shade does appear much darker. The taste was noticeable for about a minute, then it went away, nothing terrible. Color stayed on and only had to be reapplied after meals. I wish Sally Hansen would listen to the fans of this lipstick line and reintroduce the entire selection to the stores. It is awful to have to pay a fortune on the auction sites or through a third party seller who happened to scoop up loads of them before the shelves were bare. Retailed for under $10 a piece and now going for twice that price here.
