The formula is smooth and velvet like when I put it over my missha bb cream and innisfree powder. With a bare face it was a little dewey. I love that this is inexpensive, variety of colors, and the finish. Although it is not considered a multi-pot product (lips and eyes) I tried it to see longevity and finish. On my lips and it felt more velvet, not drying like a matte product. It didn’t cover my lips completely but looked very soft and natural.
