This bathroom fan motor replacement is quiet and can be used for an RV vent fan such as a bathroom fan or a range hood fan. It is compatible with any 6-inch fan blade and vent system with a 0.125-inch D-shaped shaft. Not recommended for blades with bore holes that are larger than the vent motor shaft. You can pull your old plastic fan blades straight up and off from the old motor and reinstall the blades on this motor. Align and completely push the blade up to prevent it from hitting the vent cover or other surroundings. If the RV vent motor rotates in the wrong direction for your fan, simply reverse the wires on the motor. Installation hardware not included. Warning: This product can expose you to chemicals which is [are] known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Bought this to replace original motor in my Airstream. It had gotten so loud you could barely talk over it. This paired with the 6" blade worked great. No modification needed. Easy install and much quieter.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fit perfect worked great why no mounting screws?

This motor was an exact replacement for the old motor and worked great. My only beefs are the lack of new screws to mount it to the bracket. Be prepared to go to the hardware store and get 2/ 3MM screws x 1/2" long as the old screws probably wont work because they are SAE. For 30 cents I think the manufacturer could include 2 screws. Also the wiring coming off the motor is odd. Instead of 2 longer equal length leads you have one very short lead and 1 very long lead. You may have to splice on a wire to make this work
