The RGB lighting is clean and vibrant, and the overall design feels premium. It has noticeable weight to it, which makes it feel durable and not cheap or hollow like some other budget boards. Build and feel: the keycaps have a slightly rough texture. At first, you notice it, but it’s not annoying and actually helps with grip over time. The typing feel is decent. Not ultra-smooth like higher-end boards, but perfectly fine for everyday use. Switches (important): The main reason I chose this keyboard was for the quieter switches. The keys are very quiet compared to typical mechanical keyboards, which is great if you don’t want loud clicking. If you prefer something louder or more tactile, there are other switch options available for this keyboard. Setup (step-by-step): 1. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch. 2. Choose your mode: -Bluetooth: press and hold Fn + 1 (or 2/3) for a few seconds until it enters pairing mode. -2.4GHz: plug in the USB dongle and switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode. 3. On your computer, go to Bluetooth settings and select “AULA EA75MAX-1”. 4. Once connected, tap Fn + 1 (or your selected slot) to stay on that device. 5. Adjust lighting or brightness using the Fn key combinations from the manual. Performance: everything works as expected. No major issues so far. It connects and types reliably once set up correctly. Final thoughts: Obviously, you can get much better mechanical keyboards if you spend more money. But for the price, the looks, and the features (screen, RGB, wireless modes), this is a very impressive keyboard.
