We had to throw out all our food. The freezer was actually the temperature of the refrigerator, so we were able to keep a few staples. We bought bags of ice every other day to help keep it cool. We were desperate to find a new one and it HAD to be this model since it is a built in and we don't have the option of creating a larger space without a major remodel. We could not find anyone who would guarantee us a delivery time even 6 weeks out! I finally thought of Amazon and there it was! We ordered and received it within 2 weeks. We were so grateful to have a refrigerator again! Total cost was as much as if I'd just kept the first one! Wife thought I was nuts!
