They contacted me to let me know that the clock is covered by an 18 month warranty, and sent a replacement right away. After opening the first one, it looked like an electronic component inside failed, but I saw no problem with the general design and assembly. Two thumbs up for Wismco! *EDIT- It was great until it died. Unfortunately, it only lasted a month. Now it won't take a charge and is basically dead. Kinda disappointed, not gonna lie. I was really hoping that it would be a good companion on camping trips, to wake up just me, not the whole campground. This alarm clock is a total game-changer for me. As someone who struggles with waking up in the morning, this little device has helped me get up immediately every morning I have used it. Combined with my new Amazon Echo Spot, I am now able to get the day started quickly and efficiently with the shaker function. It is simple to set up and use with the provided instructions and has an impressive battery life. The company's customer service team have also been very helpful and responsive, which I really appreciate. I consider it to be an excellent value for the money, and it has a bright display with easy-to-use buttons at the top and on the back.
