This is properly spicy, but with great flavour! Well done Dave!
I had my bottle of daves sitting in my cupboard for a few months and as I had finished my Hot Ones XXX sauce, I thought it was time to open this bottle up. In all honesty, I thought it was one of those Supermarket Hot sauces, so I was not careful and poured about 1/5th of my bottle over my rice. I mixed it with my rice, so it had quite a deep red colour. I had a bite and I can tell you that my nostrils opened. I love very spicy food, but this was pushing it even for me. Then I realised it is rated between 850k and 1 million in Scoville and that is not a lie. But the flavour is brilliant as there is no overpowering vinegar flavour, but a lovely garlic and tomato flavour. Well done Dave!
