Some people also loop the band over their shoulders, but this isn't as versatile to be able to alter the amount of resistance. I think I'm now going to buy the full set so I've got all bases covered- good work Teknifit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is what it says in the box 👍 *by U***. on 12 April 2026* Great !! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product for home workout (black band) *by B***. on 13 June 2020* Since the gyms have been closed I haven’t been working out as much but I decided to buy 1 of these resistance bands on a whim. It’s pretty versatile and I can do a bunch of exercises for each muscle. However it is very different to using weights because you don’t get constant resistance. For example when I tried bicep curls I only felt resistance at the End of the concentric (curling the band up) and I didn’t feel any resistance in the beginning of the concentric or the end of the eccentric (bringing my arm back down). It feels like I’m not lifting anything until I’m at the peak of the contraction. Although I’ve only use the band for a couple of days, I would recommend trying it out.
