RHA MA750 Wireless Earphones: AptX Enhanced Bluetooth Noise Isolating In-Ear Headphones with 12hr Battery

If you are in the market for wireless high-quality earphones, these RHA MA750 wireless should be on your shortlist, and unless you are a bass head, you should stop looking any further.Positives:- a very nice balanced sound, with magnificent mids and highs and a clean, accurate bass (see notes on bass below)- very comfortable to wear over the ear "hooks" (mitigate the annoying sound from the cable to the ears when moving)- long battery live (a bit shorter than advertised, but easily 10-11 hours)- best bluetooth specs for high sounds quality (both AAC and aptx)- the inline remote is fully functional with both iPhone and Android devicesNegatives:- I cannot dial down the volume to a very low setting on my iPhone (sound cuts out completely "prematurely"), the similar issue does not happen with an Android device (I contacted RHA but did not get meaningful advice). Not a big deal, just an annoying inconsistency.- It does not come with a semi-hard carry case, unlike its non-wireless sibling. Only a useless mesh pouch is supplied (very cheap from RHA, in big contrast to anything else in the package).- The manual does not give detailed enough advice on how to get the maximum sound quality, namely, how to select and use the appropriate ear tips! You get many ear tips to choose from, but unless selected and worn properly, the sound you are getting from these earphones may be disappointing...On this last point, I believe that many negative reviews online about a so-called "lack of bass" of the RHA-MA750 Wireless may have to do with selecting the wrong ear tips and/or using them incorrectly. I recommend using the supplied Comply memory foam ones, and when you use these, make sure you roll them between your fingers first (make them thinner) and insert them in your ear canal while pulling your outer ear up and backward with your other hand. Then keep pushing the earpiece in place until the foam is fully expanded again. I have many different headphones, including custom made IEMs from UE (UE 4 Pro), Sure SE215, Bose QuietComfort 20, OPPO PM-3 and Sony MDR-1000x. I will continue to use the OPPO’s for HiRes audio via a dedicated DAC, but for when I am on the move, the RHA-MA750 Wireless are now by far my favorite earbuds.

Finally competent sound out of Bluetooth earbuds.Build quality is absolutely top notch, as always from RHA. The design is a little weird at first with the thick neck band and thin headphone wires, but once you put them on - it all makes sense, I can turn my head freely without the cord dragging across the back of my neck and pulling the earbuds out like Jaybird headphones do. Battery life is great, they will last all day listening to music, making phone calls and not having to ever turn them off to save power, and unlike other wireless earbuds - they are loud, I have never had to turn the volume past 70%, even on a noisy train. They also come with a variety of tips, including 2 pairs of Comply foam tips, so anyone should be able to get a perfect fit.

I've been on a quest the last month looking for the perfect headphones, after leaving my job working for a subpar headphone manufacturer. In my new headphone I wanted: perfect call quality (from the other person's perspective, audiophile quality music, dual Bluetooth connection without issue (new chromebook pro and a note 8), comfort, vibrate when ringing, sweat proof for rowing, cords that aren't annoying, long battery life, and basically, I just want them to work as advertised. I've tried both sennhiesers, LG, Samsung, Vi, Jaybird, and beats. The RHA's are the only ones to not only meet all of my expectations, they blew them away. Seriously, great job guys. Wow. Recommending to everyone I know.

Third update: Finally accepted a third unit. Not to my surprise, it has suffered the same defect.Second update: My replacement unit has failed again. This time in just over 30 days. They will not honor a refund and I will not accept another unit. The power button stops working. This happened to the first unit as well. The only things more absurd than the price, is the design flaw and fact that they will not provide a refund at this point. LOOK ELSEWHERE.UPDATE: Two months in, and these have just stopped working. I was able to reach out RHA and they handled the manner in a very efficient and friendly way. Within a few days I had my replacement unit without any current issues.

I'm going to make this simple. I own Beats, Bose, and everything in between. This product is exceptional. The sound is deep and clean, and because it is so foreground, the background disappears. I'm giving this RHA the highest of marks. I simply cannot believe how rich and precise this sound is coming right now! It takes about 8-10 hours of use for the bass to kick in...but when it does, it puts almost all of the competition to shame. Period. The mic is clear, even in the wind....that is a huge concern because I work outside. My calls are not modulated or distorted; I am amazed because that is new to me...no matter what product I've tried, the wind always ruins a call! This RHA is truly a superior alternative to anything you might be considering. I took a chance on a product I've never heard of, and I am absolutely thrilled!!!!!!

I did so much research as I needed a set of in ears to compliment my Bose QC35s that live with me whilst doing alot of plane travel with work. I got it down to these, the Sennheiser Momentum Free and the V-Moda's. And I was going to order the Sennheiser had they not been out of stock.So happy I ordered these, the neckband doesn't look silly as its well hidden, the over ear makes them really comfy and a set of in airs (always hated comply it just falls to bits) means they are easy to just wear.Best of all is the sound, they are really punchy, great bass mid and high - they have coped really well with everything I've thrown at them music wise.I also found it easy to get a good seal which equals great noise isolation.Would highly recommend these, I just need to find a good bluetooth transmitter that I can plug into the plane for long haul flights and I reckon I can ditch the Bose's

I have been using my Bose SoundTrue over ears with my phone for a while but I find the phone doesn't seem to have enough beans to drive them properly so I use a fiio A3 headphone amp - The result is a pretty amazing audio experience!I've been commuting a fair bit recently though and I've found myself leaving my setup at home as I like to travel light and this combo is quite heavy, cumbersome and wire tangley. I've started using my Etpark Bluetooth Headphones which I bought a while back for occasional use, fine for watching NetFlix and YouTube nonsense but absolute trash for music.So I set a budget of around £100 to get myself some decent Bluetooth headphones for commuting and dog walking and came across these. I listen to a lot of jazz and electronic type music and found that when I played it through these MA750s my face was like sucking lemons - mid range and also treble was very harsh and some vocals sounded like they had lisps. I had read about the burn in time though so didn't despair.On to the tips:Basically I put my phone on around 90% volume, played some long playlists and left the MA750s playing in a different room for about eight hours, then another four or five hours the following day. This seemed to be enough to remove that harshness and I'm now pleased with them, they do a fair job of being an acceptable replacement to the Bose (minus the amp).Another tip I found is that swapping to the smaller ear buds gets the music more into my skull (no I don't have abnormally small ears) as I found the sound experience was changeable with the default buds kinda not fully committed into my earsLastly as a long term Deezer user my phone doesn't support the Equaliser part of it so I downloaded a third party EQ App which has also made a significant improvement on the sound.

I've had these headphones for a couple of months now and they've earned their spot as my main go to headphones.They're comfortable to wear all day, which I do from Monday to Friday, the soft rubber grips my clothes so they don't move around much and they don't rub on the back of my neck when wearing t-shirts, they have a good weight to them on the neckband meaning that they don't move around much.The right hand side of the neckband vibrates when recieving a phonecall which is very useful, I would prefer both but that's personal preference, on this side has the power button and the USB c charging port meaning that I only need one cable for this and my phone. Moving on to the cable; the cables are long enough to not tug on the neckband but not too long that they get in the way or snag on things, they have once or twice caught on my collar on a shirt but that's it, the in line remote is on the right cable and is made of metal with a soft rubber touch button; the remote is something that I use all the time the play/pause/skip/rewind middle button is very useful and the microphone is very good and picks up my voice easily, however, the in-line controls for the volume I dislike: on my OnePlus 5t they step the volume up or down by three steps meaning that you only get a few volume levels from the remote so I end up using my phone to turn up or down the volume, I did try disabling absolute volume which means that the phone and headphones have separate controls but I dislike this way of doing things, your mileage here may vary tho.The headphones themselves hook around the top of your ear which I like as it distributes the weight of the drivers on the top of your ear.They come with a lot of ear tips for every occasion which is really nice to see on headphones, I've had ones from Sony at double the price which come with 3 pairs, I think these come with 8 pairs, with two of them being memory foam which are extremely comfortable to wear, they require you to squeeze them before putting them in your ear which takes a bit of getting used to but it's now second nature to me.The metal ends are also magnetic which means they snap together when I'm not using them so I lose them.Now on to the bit most people are interested in the sound. For me they sound brilliant, I like the balanced sound with nothing being too overpowering or too underwhelming. I did think when I first got them that they sounded a bit middle and flat, but after burning them in they now sound perfect. They do have Qualcomm's aptx audio meaning that it adapts to what's been played for better latency and quality it would have been nice to see aptxhd but that's nit picking. I cannot fault these headphones in terms of sound quality apart from the burn in period.The battery life is excellent I've managed to get 10 hours at 50-60% volume but I often get through two work days whilst using them, they charge relatively fast on my 2A 5V charger often getting from 0 to 100% in under an hour. They battery life indicator works by pressing the volume button in once and you get a percentage readout, this is done by saying it's below 100,80,60,40&20 I would like to have a more precise indicator e.g. increments of 5% but it's better than saying 8 hours of play for me anyway.Overall I've really enjoyed these headphones from RHA and I really like what they're doing with this pair of headphones, this is my first time purchasing from them as well. With a few gripes here and there, mostly being personal preference, I can still highly recommend them to anyone.

I am no sound engineer, I am definitely not one of those people who can go into great depth about sound and music but I can say these are a perfect fit for me and I have had no problem with the sound either. I have had a few Bluetooth earphones and what has been the worse thing about many of them is when you turn your head they fall out, I have been using these for a few months now and that has never happened to me nor has it snagged on the collar of my clothing. I've used them whilst on the running machine and have had no issues either, someone told me with these you have to "wear in the sound" so play music through them for around 30 hours before the full bass and everything kicked in but I haven't noticed a difference. I was just after some good quality wireless earphones and I believe I got them

I bought these headphones to replace a pair of Sennheiser Momentum Frees within days of receiving them, as they were nowhere near the quality of past Sennheisers I've owned (HD280s). I'd also been using a pair of Etymotic ER6is, which I would have loved to keep, but they're apparently old tech now.Suffice to say these are far superior to the Sennheisers. I've been using them for about three weeks now and I'm satisfied but not in love.Positives:-Comfortable enough-Call quality is acceptable as long as you're not outside in the wind-Really good sound at higher volumes-Balance of bass and highsNegatives:-Highs could be a little more "open" - you're never given the perception that you might be listening to regular speakers and not headphones-At lower sound volumes, the sound becomes flatter - I think the mids vanish a bit-Battery life can't possibly be 12 hours, maybe 8 at most-Why will it only tell me when the battery is at below 20%, 40, 60, 80, or at 100%? Why can't it give me more precision?I'm keeping them but I won't be raving about them.
