It took a little while to connect it as my intercom is a relay type. But now I can use time windows and swipe it open with my smartphone whenever I need to. A real life saver! Ill change my review if they fix it but it had been already 5 days waiting. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great way to not miss deliveries again! *by F***O on 18 August 2019* I purchased this after buying a flat and wanting a smart lock. The first hurdle in doing so was no matter how smart the front door to the flat, to gain access to the communal area was a buzzer which I couldn't replace! Enter nello. After doing some research I found that it was compatible with a variant of the intercom phone we have in my block. After some careful wiring (and troubleshooting where I found I hadn't actually secured one of the internal wires!) my nello was set up. I've since used it to take deliveries whilst I've not been in and buzz in guests whilst I'm nowhere near the flat. Overall, now it's all setup it's an excellent addition to the home. One minor negative, and I'm sure it's being worked on - is when someone buzzes into the flat, the app on Android just says "nello" as a push notification - and not that someone is at the door. Again, no issues with the physical hardware, what a great piece of kit!
