Clairol Age Defy Permanent Hair Dye, 9A Light Ash Blonde Hair Color, 1 Count

I've been very happy with the Clairol Age Defy medium blond and decided to try the light ash blonde for a change. The color came out exactly as pictured on the first day. (A rival brand consistently turns out too dark on the first day and gradually lightens to the correct shade after several days. Who has time for that?) All my grays were colored, even the stubborn ones at my temples.I have decided that light blonde is too light for me, and am going back to medium blonde. But that's in no way the fault of this product. It delivered exactly what was promised on the box. If you want to be light blonde, I recommend this product.

Absolute I love age defy. It leaves your hair looking 20 years younger.this is the only hair color I have ever had that actually came out the color on the carton.

I Love this product and have been upset with Clairol that it has been so hard to find in my local drug stores & walmart. Thank God for Amazon. I by The 2 shades so I can alternate them everytime I color springs out a much better color as it wears. If you like your hair light stay light, the color deposits a rich amount color to your hair that only gets better as you wear it & dark colors very rich , wear same way. I have been 5 weeks into my color and people tell me they love my color, It just wears so GREAT.

The color did not come out like the color on the box. There’s too much ash in my hair. I am really disappointed. Most likely will not use this product again

This is the only product I'll use to cover my grey. The colors are beautiful (I've tried a few) and it makes my hair really soft and healthy looking.

I’ve used this product many times. Really like it as hair color good for me and hair more manageable after using it per directions.

When I tried to color my hair, I noticed the cream was very thick and streaked. I called the number for clairol customer service and they told me the product was 2 years past date. Now I am out $20 and can't get a refund

Seems to be a good profuct, although I really need a golden tone. It be be fine for retouching my striped gray/white/blonde striped roots. Hoping it's not ash! Deducted one star as Dark Blonde is not a very specific colour label. A customer needs to know at least warm or cool and/or the level (7, 8 etc.). Delivery was timely and left in a Covid-safe manner.

It's a nice colour but it didn't cover any grey hair. If you need Grey's covered this is not the product that will do it.
