I purchased this bread maker that was of a reasonable price so that I could have home made bread without the need to spend an age in the kitchen. It took two attempts to crack the recipes to get the perfect rise etc but once cracked its so easy to use. I am still experimenting with recipes but so far have made lovely white loaves and a spiced fruit loaf, next stop granary bread. Just place the water, sugar, salt and oil in the bread maker then the flour on top followed by the yeast, press the program for the bread you are making and then let the machine do the work fantastic! Review: So easy to use with excellent results. - It didn't work at first, producing a flat, half cooked slab! But, when I looked, my dried yeast was out of date. New yeast & I've had excellent results. Fabulous loaves & the machine is extremely easy to use. I am now very happy that I chose this make, & I would highly recommend it.
