**Q: What is the difference between these and the rubber resistance bands?**
A: These are covered in fabric, just in having used the rubber bands as well these are much more strong and less stretchy than rubber bands, they have a stripping inside as well to help prevent the slipping.

**Q: do these roll up esp on thighs?**
A: NO! Absolutely not at all! That’s why I love them so much. I’ve had rubber ones that you squat once and they’ve already rolled but NOT these. They are incredible durable, strong, and stay put. I attend a specific booty band class that we use these bands specifically because they are so good. Hope this helps.
