It was excellent condition on arrival... great value!!

Phones still dirty after being refurbished.
Appearance is half of the sell and these phones are still dirty. Scratches and paint chips just don't accomplish the desired response. Not well wiped down and clean looking. The packing was sufficient but when compared to other sources that are really shiny and clean then I have to say I would not go back to this source again. I have not tested their function yet but from appearance sake, I would look elsewhere.
