Great variety bag of massage and therapy balls. The spiked balls are great for those with Plantar Fasciitis. I also have really bad neck pain and knots which is why I really like the cork roller and the smallest sized ball. I get a lot of use out of all of them and love that they come in there very own mesh bag. Mainly because my Dachshunds would love the opportunity to get ahold of them if given the chance. Great price for everything you receive!

I mean they do what they're supposed to. something to step on and they did provide relief for me so it was worth it to me. Though I can't say i understand the spiky balls the foam roller and hard rubber balls were good. my only real complaint is how expensive they are materials all seem low cost so not sure how they came up with 22.99$. I do recommend them though between options and bag they were great.

These tools is everything I needed to work the stress I was having with my feet and other parts of my body. They are easy to uses and work extremely well to relieve pain in those hard to reach places. I would recommend these to anyone that needs deep tissue relief.

Helps to read the description, could use better photos to show size. That said, these are really nice and nice variety. I think tiny roller will still be very useful, the different balls for certain. Thank you!

Worth the purchase for working h the rough small muscle groups

I had read that these balls were good for the fascia problems that can lead to not only plantar fascitis, but bunions as well. I have had a bunion since I was a teenager (I'm now 35) and had poorly fitting figure skates on my feet for several years. I have been rolling the spiky ball from this set on my soles a few times a week and I can definitely feel less pain. I just sit on the edge of the couch and place the ball on the floor and roll my foot around while I watch TV. So far I've not been able to visually see that protruding bone getting corrected, but am hoping with continued use it will tighten up to regular form. The mesh storage bag was a very nice addition. Overall, very pleased!

Great quality. The variety of massage products in my purchase lets me choose just the right tool for my aching muscles. They work really well to provide fascia release as well. Highly recommend.
