If you are trying to put on muscle, this whey allows you to up your protein intake to maximize your growth potential.The only bad thing about Hydrobuilder is its popularity which is driving up the price. I am amazed that Amazon allows the real price goudgers to sell through Amazon. I ordered 2 weeks ago and paid $77 for 4.4 lbs. Now the same source is selling it for $89.95.Thankfully, some providers are selling it at a reasonable price. Try mixing this with peanut butter, honey, and milk and dipping apple slices in the mix. Or, mix it with milk and cereal. The Vanilla Bean works well in combinations like this.

Wow this stuff tastes awesome. And I like that it already has the creatine in it. You will definitely feel pumped after using this. Mixes great with water. Tastes like a vanilla shake when you add 8 ounces of water. Extra calories though. I'm still weighing it against just getting regular protein and adding a scoop of creatine. I guess this stuff has the extra BCAA's too though. I'm just not sure, but I'm enjoying it while I have it.

I used this while switching to a different work out program that put more strain on my muscles. The mix of BCAAs and several types of proteins in this formula is pretty standard now a days but this product did seem to facilitate the higher weights/ intensity better than others I have tried. Soreness was still there (as it should be) but it never got to the point of "bad pain." I felt I was able to work harder with less rest and lost body fat and gained muscle simultaneously. A good product. The flavors are boring but what's important is the results you get from its use. Which were substantial.

I've tried many types of whey protein, and have never found one I actually enjoyed drinking... until now! I was a bit apprehensive about the size and the price of this protein, but I will easily use it all, and certainly order it again. I drink the Standard and Natural Whey from ON, and those are great. Thought i would try this since i saw a lot of hype behind it.Well i didn't take it long enough to see the benefits because this Hydro Builder tore up my stomach. Every day i drank it, everyday i was sick. The day i stopped drinking it, my stomach went back to normal.I ended giving it away to my co-worker, he ended up having stomach issues too.Maybe our stomaches are not tough enough for this product

This is the ultimate post work out. It has everything you need including creatine. Im currently training at 5 am following Dwayne Johnson's diet. My pre work out i use is amino energy and after training i take my hydrobuilder following by a light raw egg organic small meal. Following the day i take casein while on a caloric deficit and intermittent fasting. I've lost 30 pounds so far im seeing amazing results. Do your research!

I've used many protein supplements without any stomach issues, but this one creates incredible indigestion and upset stomach within 15 minutes. It can be mitigated with large volumes of water and peppermint gum, but who wants to resort to that? With all the other options in the market, I won't buy it again.

I received my vanilla bean Hydro Builder about three weeks ago. I had been fighting pneumonia for 10 weeks at home before a 17 day hospital stay. Overall I had lost 18 lbs. and considerable muscle bulk and strength while fighting the disease. In the last three weeks I have regained 10 lbs and returned to my weightlifting and aerobic exercise, albeit at much lower levels than before I got pneumonia. I have been taking at least two servings of Hydro Builder each day and am amazed how fast the strength and weight are coming back. At age 65 I hadn't expected to make this much progress this soon.
