I have never had issues with Amazon or the products, but this has definitely made me consider. When i received the package, the box was dented and the tape was hanging on by a thread. I gave everything the benefit of the doubt though, until i opened the package itself, everything was literally just thrown in there & there was even a foul smell. So weird. NONE of this would normally bother me or sway me too actually leave a product review, but as soon as i turned it on, there was a terrible buzzing noise and the speaker or sub-woofer is broken and sounds quiet & terrible. i tired to return it but apparently I can't. i spent so much time researching on the best speaker to drop this much money on but this one isn't worth it. i bought this primarily for my Mom's 50th birthday but clearly this speaker couldn't be used. This was just depressing. Make sure you reconsider before you buy this, I recommend to just go to your local electronics store & find a speaker, that way you wont have issues with getting a refund. Hope this helps. 150$ for so much disappointment isn't worth it. :(

Would most definitely order this Bluetooth speakers again if needed. Had an slight issue with this at first called amazo and spoke to a Supervisor and issue was resolved immediately no hassle and shipped out a new one and returned the old one and been playing nice for the last past 4 years..Recommend

After only a couple of uses, 4 or 5 the machine started smoking and emitted a very putrid smell that caused everyone to evacuate the building, it took hours to air the building out. I think it's a bit "convenient" that there is only a 30 day return policy and 3 month "support" window. This was purchased for a group of adults with disabilities to enjoy by a non profit agency with funds they raised in an effort to purchase and now are out $140.

The weakest link in this product are the microphones. Just received the unit and over all the speaker, sound, and battery appear good. Wish the wheels were further apart. The telescopic handle gives the impression you can pull it like you would a piece of luggage through the airport. However, the wheels are so close together it is unstable and I finally just used the built in handle on the side and carried it. The unit is relatively light and comfortable to carry so this wasn't a big deal. The biggest issue in its maiden voyage was that the sound volume was not stable regardless of how I held the microphones. Although the unit is pretty simple and intuitive, I expected there to be an Operator Manual. There wasn't one. The sheet that comes with it tells you what each knob and dial is called, but there is no explanation how to use it effectively.

Took a bit to figure out. Easier then I was making it out to be. I’m not sure the remote actually works on mine but prob wouldn’t use it anyway. Bought this for my father in laws memorial and it was a perfect addition to the party. Clear and fun for my kids now that we use it for singing.

Purchased for use in ongoing promotional program. I typically use this for 2-6 hours on a single charge in both indoor and outdoor settings. The volume is sufficient for use as an Emcee PA even in high attendance events. Range on the microphones is 50-100 feet depending on environment, however in highly populated areas, quality degrades at around 20 feet. The bluetooth receiver also tends to cut out at around 20 feet, I would recommend keeping the source device nearby when utilizing bluetooth. Wireless mic channel volume is independent of input volume, this allows the use of house background music in public settings.The speaker has a standard hole on the bottom for a speaker stand for a more professional look if desired. I've yet to have the battery die in the field, despite using for 6 hours continuously. I have not utilized the physical inputs just yet, but will update this review once a wired mic has been tested.Do keep in mind that as this is a single speaker, output is directional, folks directly behind the speaker will not have much volume.

Just received this system and I'm so thrill and amazed with the sound. The sound is crisp and clear. I do karaoke and this system is awesome. I purchased another brand but now I will be selling that one and keeping this one.You will not be disappointed.

Good speaker, loud and has separate controls for mics and overall volume. The microphones give a lot of feedback though which is a bummer
