It's as light as a VR can get.Although if you are going to use it for longer duration, naturally you might feel the need to take it off after some time of usage. Sometimes it makes your forehead sweaty.¶ 3D viewing - It can be used to serve two purposes when it comes to watching videos1. Watching vids shot at 360°. These videos are what vr is made for. It gives you an immersive experience and the 3D quality is well above decent. Don't expect top hd quality as you get on a 2D screen, this is the limitation of 3D on a vr.In a nutshell, the 3D experience isn't going to disappoint you.2. Most of the videos or movies you watch on netflix, YouTube etc. They all are 2D and shot on a 2D camera only. The vr isn't going to make it 3D. What it does is, it runs a 2D video on a flat screen in front of you and the experience is just like watching a movie in a theatre.¶ How bad is it for eyes?Vr specifically isn't any less harmful to your eyes as your smartphone or laptop or tablet. When you are focused on a screen, your blinking rate tends to decline. This causes strain on eyes. Personally, I close my eyes for 5-ish seconds (apart from normal blinking rate obv) every five minutes im on vr.¶ Is VR for you?If you have never tried a vr headset before, go check it out at a store or borrow from a friend. You will be able to figure out for yourself if you want this or not. Any YouTube review video isn't going to give you the real viewing experience of a vr as you can't watch 3D on the 2D screen of your phone.Personally, I would recommend it as thr vr experience really fascinated me. Got this product a while ago. Approx an year back and peeked through the lens immediately. I felt like the lens are too magnifying that I could not stare for a while. With a medium craze over vr games i could not quickly go through the games besides the remote they given doesn't work. So recently dusted out this headset and started viewing a horror movie on youtube by enabling google cardboard. The most irritating factor is that the remote doesn't work and whenever I move.. I have to take it out and do the centering.Apart after watching around half an hour... my lens are like expanding and my eyes felt paining. Also with the lowest brightness it is very gloomy and even that caused uneasy to my eyes. I thought that some kind of attenuation is required with respect to the brightness.However it is very good to have this vr experience as it is convenient for the audio modularity and viewing experience of vr 360 videos. But enhancements to be done on magnification, lens and brightness adaptation. Also someone said that aura team contacted him about feedback... and nothing of that sort is really happening. There is no supporting native remote control app on android from aura to enhance the experience. Neither I am able to reach them through any means. I would suggest you to check it properly whether your experience is comfortable is good.

Aura VR works fine. video quality is good but you need high resolution video to get good quality. It's comfortable to use for long time but you have to take interval like you are in cinema and take a 10 min interval :D .... As I am having sweating problem, i do not prefer to watch continuous for long. I tried watch movies whole night and really enjoyed it. Bluetooth remote is working fine with all of my 3 android mobiles of MI, Samsung, you need to understand functionality properly before using. Only the thing is I was expecting is screen size of videos by watching through VR but its not as per expectation but still good to enjoy. OVERALL GOOD.

The VR works fine. The problem with the headset is the slot for phone is very hard to fit your 5.5 inch mobile phones. Also the phone doesn't fit easily. I think the price is too much for this product. If you are willing to buy go for a better one even if it is some what costly than this.

Good product.. definitely not great value for money.. Design is totally wierd.. and the weight bis so much.. in my experience so much light coming from below nose, doesn't property fit by nose.. puts too much pressure on head.. also lens position doesn't help... I experienced dizziness just after short usage of 10-15 mins.. and no return policy definitely ruins everything.. my whole money wasted on this product.. after few days usage i found it so irritating that i stopped using it..

Blue tooth remote was not working with iPhone 6splus. Did not find the product useful. The slider grip was not perfect on my iPhone. The lock system on the cover where the phone is placed is weak and it opened with a slight jerk twice but luckily the phone dropped on my bed. Over all my experience with the product is not good. I also had the heating problem with my iPhone and the battery also drained too fast though this has nothing to do with the product. It’s a general problem with all vr head sets

Dont recommend it for apple because the bluetooth remote does not work properly with IOS. So to change video, I have to remove the headset which breaks the continuity of the viewing experience and quite annoying. Because if this I am not using it as much as I would like to be.

waste of money don't waste too much money in such kind of vr choose any other like ant vr which is lesser in price but quality is almost same.
