GREAT
live saver, so cheap and reliable. our honda jazz had an empty battery - we left the lights on over night. not even remote control worked anymore. connected the powerbank as per instructions and it worked immediately - and the charge was still 100%.

So compact and works a treat
I only purchased this yesterday as a deal on Amazon as my daughter has just started driving and I knew with the cold weather it may come in handy one day for her little old Ford KA. Eight o'clock tonight my doorbell rang today with my neighbour at the door saying my daughter had left her car lights on. Panic straight away came to mind with having to dig out the old battery charger or jump leads from the shed, then I realised I had my new DBPower supply fully charged. I opened the bonnet of the car turned the key and it turned over briefly then the battery died. With my neighbour looking at me as it "I told you so..." I then dug out the DBPower supply and connected it to the battery terminals. My neighbour seemed very confused that such a small little box would be able to power the battery to start the car. With one turn of the key, the car started and made me feel very very pleased with myself and impressed my neighbour. This is one of the best purchased I have ever made on Amazon and can highly recommend this for anyone having a daughter or son with their first car as it also backs up as a phone charger as well and fits neatly in the glove compartment. I am not sure how long it holds its charge but after starting the car it still showed 100%.I am going to purchase another one for my wife to keep.

Starts a 2litre diesel
I bought this little gem to start my 1.3 Petrol ignis when the door got left open. I thought it didn’t work having ‘I thought’ followed the instructions but when my son showed me where I’d gone wrong it started it no problem. A few weeks later my sons 2 litre diesel developed a fault where the battery was running down while his car was stationary. This amazing piece of kit has been starting it over and over again while we try and find out why and who can fix it. Worth every penny I’ll be ordering another. Came quickly and well packed.

A Few Left Red Faced
I bought two of these. One for my parents and one for my grandparents. More to have it a not need it rather than needing it and not having it. Just 2 days after ordering a friend at a pub my dad was in needed a jump for his daughters car. My dad promptly got this battery with a smirk on his face excited to try it out. A bunch of blokes laugh at him not expecting a small bit on plastic to have any impact. As simple as 1-2-3 the car was started, the blokes were left red faced and promptly ordered their own.A great product at a dam good price.

No way is this 8000 mA·h
I wonder if I have one with a fault or one which is a fake.No way this is 8000 mA·h battery size. I tried charging a Ipad mini 2 which has a battery size of 6471 mA·h which had 10% battery life left, there should have been enough charge to fully charge the Ipad but only got to 65%, the DBPOWER 300A should have fully charged the Ipad and had some power left. Which means the battery size must be even smaller.I have tried recharging the DBPOWER 300A to see how long this would take, It took 2hr 50min lets round it up to 3hrs to calculate what the size maybe @ 2.1v which would be the max load which is 6300 mA·h which would have been more than enough to charge the Ipad.

Very very dissapointing
According to the reviews this product is great and would work on my car... Unless I am doing something wrong this product does not work on my 1.6L engine. The battery drained to the point where the remote was struggle to unlock the car / would not even start. No lights were visible at all in the car.I connected the product to my cars battery as instructed however the lights were alternating between green and red flashes. So I held the boost button which killed the products battery by 50% and my cars interior lights etc (auto lights) turned on and so the moment I went back into my car to start it.... Nothing? And did not sound right went back to the front to see that the light was alternating again?.. Used the button one more time and it went down to 25%. Turns on interior radio and stuff (automatic stuff that I cannot turn off)...but no joy.Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if this product is not compatible for a 1.6L engine lol. (which it states 2.5L....).Luckily the first time this has happened is outside where I live and not anywhere else otherwise I would've been stranded. It's best to try these products out before relying on it and I am glad I did not.

Compact and light weight
Very compact and has a quality look and feel. I hope I never have to use it so it was a 'just in case purchase'. I hope if I do have to use it, it will live up to its reputation according to its Amazon reviews. It is far more convenient than having to find another car to jump start from. It is recommended that the charger be charged from a mains USB adapter (not included with the product but happily I had one) every 3 months. When I took it out of the box and pressed the red button all 4 lights came on indicating that the charger was fully charged. I tried the torch light built into the unit for a few seconds, after which only 2 lights were on, indicating that the charger was only 50% charged. When I charged it, I was unclear whether I should keep on charging until the 100% light stopped flashing. Oh, and on registering the warranty I was offered a free tyre inflator as well - which sells on Amazon for £32.99 - wow!PS I tried to help a motorist with a flat car battery to start his car with the DBPower Jump Starter, with the 100% charge light flashing, and it was unable to turn the car engine over, let alone get it to fire. I do not know what cc engine the car had. We successfully and effortlessly started the car using old-fashioned jump leads from my Auris Hybrid. The tyre pump does work OK but you have to have the car door open for the wires and the wind tends to blow the door shut which I suspect in time will break or wear the wire. So perhaps we should always carry the old fashioned foot pump and jump leads as well as these new-fangled electric devices.
