## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the food taste like it is deep fried or baked in a convectional oven?**
A: It's definitely not greasy at all, but it does get "crisped".I use mine a lot for vegetables.  I rub olive oil on them and some salt and pepper.  Coconut shrimp is awesome and the pork chops are great!  Just don't over lap any meat in it.  I love mine.So I guess to answer your question....  It really doesn't taste deep fried unless you have already put some oil on things (as I do my veggies).  I cook on high in it a lot for things I want "crisped".It is much faster than conventional ovens (5 minutes on my pork chops and they were juicy inside and just crisp on the outside).

**Q: My powerfryer xl came with a basket divider with four rubber stops on the side (each corner) do i leave rubber stops them on when i cook?**
A: 12?29/18 I called the company. The plate is "basket divider" and you leave tabs on and they fit into slots on sides of fryer basket.  Cook different foods on each side of basket at same time this way.  They could have included this info in packaging and saved everyone stress.

**Q: I see many other air fryers have a kabob rack. Is there one out there that will also fit the power airfryer?**
A: Yes, Amazon sells them Just do a search for "air fryer accessories" then pay attention to the size of air fryer it fits. One set is basically for the 3.7 QT but would still work in the 5.3 or larger. It would just be smaller where the ones made for the 5.3-5.8 would be too large for the 3.7QT fryers. When I upgrade to the larger unit, I will still be able to use the extra accessories that I've already bought.

**Q: Have anyone fried chicken and how did it come out**
A: I love air frying 4 bone-in chicken thighs. Trim excess fat, but leave skin on meat. I season with garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper. Preheat fryer 5 minutes at 380. Fry skin side down first in basket for 10-12 minutes. Flip chicken, shack a little paprika on skin and air fry another 10-11 minutes. Fry times will vary depending on size. Enjoy your crispy and juicy chicken thighs!
