Python scripts are simple and must be easy to understand, however, I would say that some programming background and electrical circuit knowledge would really help. As for the labs - Lesson #5 with relay - I did not get the point, it gives no visible output (the python will log to the console even with the circuit detached). It would be nice to add a LED or a buzzer to the circuit to see that the relay really switches on and off. As a summary - It's a great kit and I hav a lot of fun with it.
