Do not buy!!
I should have returned the product the day I received it. It looked very cheap as if it was made of cheap plastic. However, I thought if it serves the purpose why not keep it. It worked fine for a month & then 1 USB slot stopped working. If the 2nd USB slot stops, I don't know what I'm going to do with the product as the return window has closed; it hasn't even been a month since i purchased it. Since you're paying 1500 for this, might as well pay a little more and go for a better quality one.UPDATE as on April 2019 ( less than 6 months from purchase)The device has stopped working. My previous laptop cooler had a loose wire issue after 3 yrs of using it, hence, I purchased a new one here. This one developed a loose wire issue in less than 6 months. I don't know about all these positive reviews and I cannot believe them but this product cannot be giving anyone a 4/5 star service.

DON'T GO FOR THIS PRODUCT, IF U ARE HAVING FPS DROPS due TO HIGH TEMPERATURE, IT WON'T HELP A BIT
If you're looking for a powerful Cooling pad which will give u results like 10-20°c temperature drop, then this isn't the product for u my friend. The maximum it can do is drop your laptop's temperature to 4-5°c. If you're having problems regarding FPS drops while gaming this product won't help a bit. The only thing it is good for is giving your laptop a good elevation and yes protecting your lap from burning. But yes i think having a cooling pad is a must and you should definitely go for this product if u want your laptop to last longer. Prevention is better than CURE!!

Simply Amazing!
My laptop is quite old. It originally had 2GB ram. I extended it to 8GB. It has an i3 processor with the speed of 2.30GHz. So basically the lowest specs. Somehow I manage to play games which require high specs. But what happeded is that the laptop automatically shuts down due to overheat while playing high requirement game. This cooling pad totally solved the problem. Also, it is light weighted and easy to carry anywhere. However, there should have been an option of swithing off the lights of the pad. Doesnt really matter to me. The cable is of high quality. Go for it!

WORST COOLING PAD EVER , EVEN THE RS 200 ONE ON AMAZON IS BETTER THAT THIS PATHETIC ONE.
WORST ONE., WONT TAKE IT EVEN FOR FREE, THE STAND IS USELESS, THE STAND ON COSMIC BYTE ASTEROID IS MUCH BETTER .FANS ARE JUST FOR SHOW THEY THROW AIR OUTWARDS INSTEAD OF WORKING LIKE A VACUUM . good performance but poor packing
It was poorly packed. When I received it, its mesh was literally bent and was out of the frame at various locking points. I had to readjust all the mesh carefully and fix it on the frame. This was may be due to poor handling during shipping.But its performance is good one. It is having a small display to show the current speed. We can switch between main fan and side fans and also run both at the same time. I was impressed by the performance and it works with very low noise.

Feel like waste of money....
My CPU was reaching 97 deg c, very often. So, I bought this product but hardly it could bring down the temperature to 94 deg c. So, i don't feel that this a correct solution instead it's waste of money.If you are OK for little reduced performance then try this....The easiest solution I found is to limit Processor power.Go to Control Panel.Hardware and soundPower optionsEdit plan settingsChange advanced power settingsProcessor power managementMaximum processor state and lower it to 80% or whatever you want. Using software that measure CPU temperatures like 'Speed fan' you will see that temperatures drop.

Oh yes it works ! its good.
Well if you think at first the in-build screen and the features are a bit of overkill, then let me tell you they are not. This laptop cooler imo is how a budget laptop cooler should be. There are plenty fans under the vent, there is no doubt it doesn't cool. I noticed significant change in temperature when the cooler was turned on. gta v once was running on 79-80* and when i turned the cooler on at max fan speed, within 5-10 minutes it dropped to 73-74*, which is v nice.When turned on the default fan speed is 3, when laptop is idle, its enough to keep the temps normal. However, in really hot conditions you can crank the fan upto 6 to really see the difference between temp.The screen on the front shows you the speed fans are running at and the button allow you to manipulate the speed and its modes. the bright blue led i don't like very much on this thing. if you use spects, sometimes it gets in your eye.

Great product. Served the purpose.
I wanted a cooling pad on which my office laptop can rest throughout the day and it can minimize the heat. This product is awasome. 6 speed fan adjustment available. Total 5 fans and can run eithr middle big fan or only 4 edge fans or all at a time. As per speed of fan led brightness auto adjusted. Pros. Best part is at the back it has height adjustment options with a metal rod. Really helpful for a good correct posture and definitely prevent you from getting spondolysis.Design and looks good and blue lights look good but not that much that it will irritate. Fan sounds very less and cant really hear it.5 fans and cooling also good. It is after all a fan not an AC. Blows air from top towards botton side. Can cool 4-5 degree. Metal mess helps cool faster as it acts like radiator.althought at such high cost the plastic build quality was not that premium looking but it seems company had focused more on the fan motor quality. Cons- Dont know how long it will work. Dnt kw if fans will stop working after couple of months? Not so durable it seems. Cant drop it or sit on it. Overall happy with the product.Cons: packing was not good. Shud hv packed with bubble wrap. As compared to product i feel price is bit on the higher side. Overall served the purpose. Giving 5 star coz it served the purpose but definitely product dnt look that premium. Thank you.
