Controls Pioneer receiver great but some functions have to be used by using buttons on unit. Overall better than universal and worth the price.

Worked right out of the box! All I had to do was put the batteries in. This remote is even better than the Original with more options. I love it

Easy to use

Been using a programmable "all-in-one" remote... This one is less confusing, has few buttons that don't work with my particular receiver, but most do and they're labeled exactly as the function on the receiver... The beginning of a beautiful relationship!
