I got this as a Vday gift for my husband. He lost the chain for his cross a while back and this necklace is the perfect replacement!!! I ordered the 4mm 24in long. He is 5’7” and it goes down to mid sternum on him, which was the length he wanted. It came in a nice black faux velvet-like pouch. The clasp works perfectly and is a great quality. It is the thickness he wanted. We looked online to compare sizes in people’s hands, which I would definitely recommend if you are not sure how large you want the steel balls. He had originally thought he wanted 6mm until he saw the actual chains in a person’s hand for comparison. The chain is a great thickness and sturdy. If you are looking for a stainless steel military style chain then this is the one!!! I looked around at a lot of different suppliers and read a ton of reviews before settling on this as my choice and I am glad I purchased this chain. I am very happy with my purchase and so is my husband.

I bought this chain to use for the dog tag I ordered from Etsy that has my Covid vaccine information on it. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that a 24” chain means that there’s only a 12” length hanging down. I wanted it to be much longer than that, so I’ve now ordered the 38”! Lesson learned. The chain is really nice, and appears to be sturdy, and all of the other things you’d want a chain to be......the fault here is all mine. I hope this helps anyone else from making the same mistake that I did!

I bought this to hold a medical alert pendant, which came with a very short chain. For some reason, every one of my cats is obsessed with this thing, yet none of the destructive little furballs have been able to break it...but I do keep finding it in odd places.

I bought this chain to hang a whistle and a tiny pendant of my neck. I somehow broke the chain through my shirt while picking up something reasonably heavy and almost lost both. I then found I could easily break the chain links with my hands and the connector piece is just a joke. If I'm going to pay $10 for something that takes ¢10 to make, it might as well be sturdy.

I implore anybody that's considering buying this, DONT! I bought the gold, black and silver. Yes for the price I wasn't expecting much but, this was very cheap quality. The gold and silver were delivered broken. And the gold looks like it's been put in a closet collecting dust for months!

I seldom write reviews. And only if I'm ultra impressed, or sadly disappointed.The black started coming off this necklace the first day, and slowly gets worse every passing day. I recommend just sticking to the silver variety otherwise you will be dissapointed.

Nice and durable

I screwed up thinking it was cm not inches, so I ended up shortening it but it has been perfect. Husband wears it 24/7 and has for over 4 months. No wear showing.

I ordered this one because my old change made my neck react. This one has no reaction so must not have the allergic ingredient which I believe is nickel.
