Nice inexpensive scope suitable for a nice afternoon shooting
This is a good scope for a 22 rifle when to 100 yards or more. The adjustments track. The optics are clear. Mounted the last one I bought on a stock Savage B22 FVSR. Using Aquila std velocity 22s makes a good inexpensive hunting rifle. Currently have one the above mentioned Savage, a 21” bull barrel Savage MKII, and a Much modified 10-22. Found my scopes for $30. Normal price is closer to $80 or more. Attached photo was shot using Lapua Midas. 5 shots at 50 yards.

Quality, Preformance, Low Price!
Very heavy duty, easy to install, user friendly scope. Glass is clear free of any defects. 24x zoom is so good you can pick out individual leaves at 200+ yards. Front focus adjustment is easy to make targets clear at any distance. Definitely worth $30 no questions, performs at the competitions $100-$200 options.

I was fortunate enough to test this scope on a buddy's rifle ...
Clear and well made. I was fortunate enough to test this scope on a buddy's rifle at 200 yards before I bought one for myself. For the money it is well worth it. Holds perfectly on his .17 WMR and my .222. The parallax adjustment is spot on. I would recommend this scope to anyone shooting long range coyotes or whatever. Close range? It's a little much under 40 yards. So if you're coyote hunting with it, use over/under scope mounts like I did or simply have a shotgun on standby. Otherwise, I doubt you'll find a better scope for the money.

Good value
Scope looks great at lower magnification. It starts getting a little foggy/grainy around the 20x. Will update if I can clear it up. Also a slight fisheye effect looking at objects around 20 ft.

Good scope, right price
Overall: Good scope for the money, fun in the backyard, recommended for people who need a decent scope for not too much money.Having never purchased a scope before, I checked a few reviews, and, not wanting to spend more than my rifle cost ($300 for a Ruger 10/22) I wanted a high magnification scope, and this one seem to fit the bill. So far I have put a few hundred rounds downrange using this scope, and so far, it has preformed admirably. Holds a nice zero, good visibility, targets are nice and clear, I realize some will scoff using such a high magnification scope on a 22lr, but seeing as I just use it for plinking and some pest maintenance in the back yard, it serves my needs wonderfully. The only problem I have is that it doesn't quite fit the rings I purchased on Amazon to go with it, whether this is a problem with the cheap (~$10) rings I purchased here, or the craftsmanship of the scope, I don't know, as I have not tried another set of rings. The rings hold the scope, they just don't quite close, by roughly 1mm.

This model Tasco scope is a very good product. This model is all I once used ...
The new replacement scope works well . It seems to be holding zero OK. I have only fired about 50 rounds. It is mounted on a Century M85 762x39 rifle which doesn't have excessive recoil. I think the first scope defective scope. This model Tasco scope is a very good product. This model is all I once used on all my target rifles until I started using the Barska 8x32x42. The optics of the Tasco are much clearer and it is a better quality scope than the Barska which has hazy optics, especially at the higher power settings. The recoil of this caliber is different from most in that it has a sideways snap to it. I once broke the horizontal crosshair on 3 Tasco 3x9x32 scopes which cost about 30.00. They were mounted on a Russian milled receiver SKS 762x39 rifle. Tasco replaced the scope 3 times and then said no more. This was not the problem I was having with this scope.

Don't be a snob just buy it!!
This is my second TASCO Varmit 6-24 scope. The first one purchased 4 years ago did not have the Mil Dot reticle, it was the 30/30 version. I mounted it on a Ruger 308 and it worked just fine. I later mounted it on a Savage 17HMR and again it performed well. The 30/30 reticle has major short comings for long distance shooting so I went with the Mil dot this time. Since the scope is a second focal plane scope you must keep the magnification set at 8X to properly use the Mil dot, no big deal. The glass is very clear through the magnification range and the adjustments are crisp and very "tactile". I would have preferred a side parallax adjustment instead of the front bell plus an illuminated reticle and "Zero Stop" would have been nice but I guess you can't have everything for $69.95 lol. TASCO is offering a $10.00 rebate so my cost dropped to $59.95...now that is a good deal!!I'm not one who can justify spending thousands for a scope to put on a sub $1,000 rifle. My Savage 17HMR is a reliable sub MOA rifle and it cost less than $400 so spending 4 or 5 times that for a scope just doesn't make sense to me.The clarity of this scope at 20X magnification is excellent so I think I got a hell of a lot more than I paid for. The lifetime warranty is outstanding so even if you do have a problem somewhere down the road it will be replaced for just the cost of shipping it back.As usual the Amazon order process is just a single click and if you have an Amazon CC you get a 5% discount. What else do you need to hear? Just buy it, you won't be sorry you did.

Nice Scope
Great scope for a great price. Optics very clear, adjustment turrets turn/click nicely, AO works very smoothly. I installed it on PCP air rifles and they've performed great. Would definitely buy again.

Fine scope---every bit as good as some that are far ...
Fine scope---every bit as good as some that are far more expensive. Holds it's settings well on sighting in, and am able to group about 1" circumference at 100 yards with my 17 HMR Savage Model 93. Excellent value.

Tasco rifle scope
I recently purchased this scope, having previously purchased a tasco spotting scope from you. This scope is a very good addition to my .223 rifle, after bore sighting I took it to the range and had centre hole touching hole in 8 shots at 50 yds. I could see the target very clearly without blurring. At 100 yds with slight adjustments to yardage and focus I could again see the target so clearly that my spotting scope was not needed. Having returned another scope because of the poor quality of the lens I couldn't be more pleased. My return was handled very promptly and efficiently. and I received the replacement in 3 days via Standard mail. Great Scope, Great Service.

Bullseye
Great for the price - using it on .22 and no problems so far. Image not so sharp at high power but quite usable.

Good budget scope
I bought this for a cheap 223. There was a mail in rebate for $10 also. It is fine at the lower magnification. But gets progressively more foggy after about 14X. Time will tell.

Very nice for the price!!
Seems to be very clear when looking threw the scope. Im using it on a ruger 10/22 havent tried it on a larger Caliber yet. The mil dots are easy to use, changing objective from 6-24 it a little hard to use but for the money I cant complain. Had a little trouble keeping my zero at 25 yards it may be my ammo so ill have to do a little bit more testing. I took out a few golfers today with no miss, so it does what I want it to do. Was very happy with the shipping, ordered it on Saturday picked it up from the mail on Thursday. I now my son and I will have lots of fun with this scope.
