Skids Wrist Wrap Support

I've been having all kinds of trouble with my right wrist, hand, and thumb which I think are due to the increased desk work I've been doing, the tennis I play and arthritis. I've tried taping, wrist wraps, stretching and strengthening exercise, and several braces. I now use my left hand for mousing so my right it getting a rest, but trying to play tennis with something across my palm is very frustrating and any thing that forces my hand back is painful. This brace is very comfortable so I am able to wear it all day. I can type with it and I can FEEL the racket in my hand. After only a few days, my wrist feels soooo much better. The pain was primarily on the dorsal (top) part of my wrist. Particularly, when anything forced my hand back I would feel pain in my wrist. This wrist wrap prevents my hand from being pushed back. I have small wrists and the fit is snug. I Iike it a lot and highly recommend it.

As a bartender I have had on and off issues with my wrists. I have tried just about every type of wrist support known to man. The Skids wrist support really gives you amazing support when your wrist needs it! I also use McDavid wrist support when I don't need the extra support. But if i'm having pain in my wrist and really needing full support Skids hands down has been the best i've used. And trust me, i've tried them all.

I could not use this brace at all. I ordered the correct size based on my wrist size but could hardly get the brace on. And then it was so tight and stiff my wrist and hand hurt just walking around. I couldn't even begin to do any work before I had to take it off because of the pain.

The foam supports the wrists well without the around-the-thumb strap found on tiger paws. A great alternative for wrist support in gymnastics. After 1.5+ years strings have started to pull away on the sides of the velcro straps and the the velcro rolls up weird, but otherwise their durability is great. If they start to smell weird, just throw them in a washing machine (letting them air dry of course), and the odor is gone.

Recommended by a sports medicine dr for my 8 yr old competitive gymnast recovering from gymnast wrist and a fracture. Much better than some of the other supportive wraps out there as they can actually be used on beam/vault without interfering. My daughter finds these comfortable for all 3 events and they don’t bend like others. Very happy with this purchase.

I've had many different types of wrist wraps/supports and this is definitely the best. I've had surgery on my right hand/wrist twice, which made it difficult to do exercises like push-ups and dips. This wrist support allows me to do these excercises without pain in the wrist. I highly recommend this product for anyone with weak wrists or for those that have had hand surgery.

I am a gymnast and i am 13. I have (should i say had) wrist pains. my coach recommended these to me so i ordered it. I guessed a small size and when i got it is was the wrong size AND there was only 1. So I sent it back and ordered a medium and two. I got them a day early and when i tried a back handspring in them and it felt really good. I don't recommend them for things that you stay on your wrist for too long or else it may be a little uncomfortable and can leave little marks on your hands., but over all they are great! I would give them 4 and a half stars to be honest if I could!

If you have a competitive gymnast in the family these skids are great for wrist support. My son has used them & is really satisfied with the support they provide.
