Not a serum. It is a liquid, very much like water.
Super watery. Seems to work pretty well, I guess... I ordered 2 bottles because the price caught my eye. It feels cheap going on, not like what you would expect. I’ve tried several other brand DMAE serums that were serums, this was literally liquid like water. I can see why it was so inexpensive. I’ve already switched brands.
