(i'm experiencing this with the glade automatic sprayer)** A: No. May experience some residue if the batteries get too weak. If the unit is mounted high on the wall any fallout is negligible and the product is not oily. **Q: What kind of battery Do we use** A: C's. They are not included. **Q: Does this come with a can of the spray?** A: Please note the product is simply the empty programmable housing. It does not come with any freshener/cartridge/refill/canister nor does it come with batteries. Both must be purchased separately and are required for operation. It takes the Microburst 3000 canisters. **Q: can you program how many days or is just a set about like 5 or 7 days? Would like to program to just run 3 days a week.Is it possible with this model?** A: Hi Ken - The programmable LCD dispenser by TC/RCP is programmable for 5, 6 or 7 days per week. I am not aware of any dispenser that can be set to run just 3 days per week. So the least you could operate it would be for 12 hrs/daily x 5 days on the low setting. Hope this helps.
