Excellent quality. Sturdy. Well made. Just what I needed in windy rainy Florida. It replaced the lid that came with the 12" drain basin which drains to a buried pipe system. Built a French drain recently to prevernt the water from going under my deck. Fitted perfectly my 12x12 basin and doesn't splash much. Keeps most of the leaves out but some do make it in. It just drops over the basin, without anything needed for the install
