I also have issues sleeping and need it to be very quiet so I have another pair on my bedside table to use there. I'm also a woodworker who enjoys listening to music and podcasts while I work. I found that molding some of this putty around my earbuds not only keeps the earbuds in really nicely, but it also doubles as noise cancelling for ear protection. Fantastic product.

**Q: How do you mold these to your ear? Thanks!**
A: So they come as putty (like Play-doh) that you have to mix together and form into a ball. Then you mold that into your ear. Then once it is pressed in your ear and filling all of the gaps, you leave it for 10 minutes to harden. Once it is dry it will be a perfect mold of your ear.

**Q: Can these be used with behind the ear hearing aids?**
A: There's a lot of difference between a hearing aid and an stereo earbud although this should work in both instances comparing a hearing aid with an earbud just no comparison. With hearing aids you do want to cancel some of the noise noise cancelling is something else besides sticking something in your ear and not hearing anything.

**Q: The box shows 2 plastic containers,and i only got one. Is that correct?**
A: I got two, I assume you shoild have got two.

**Q: What color are these? I see a photo with 5 different colors and no option to choose one.**
A: The ones I got were pink.
