The box contains 30 individual sachets of collagen powder. Orange flavoured collagen, containing both type I and II with vitamin C. Flavour is quite delicious, no nasty aftertastes and doesn't taste in any way artificial. It has the right balance of sweetness, and no off-putting dodgy odours..It dissolves easily in cold water, although I do cheat and use my electric coffee frother thingy.My skin is looking and feeling pretty good for a man of my age and these types of collagen are great for the joints as well as muscle tissue and joint repair. I can't comment on any effects either way for my hair as I shave my head.I'm down to my last two pouches and I've really enjoyed this product. At £40.85 for 30 sachets, this is not a cheap supplement. However, I have no hesitation in recommending.
